The GEMpass is your personal, easy-to-use access wallet. It is created automatically after completing KYC and connects your verified GEMtrust account directly to the blockchain.

Unlike traditional “custodial” wallets, GEMtrust does not hold or control your wallet. GEMpass is technically managed through our custody partner Alchemy, who securely stores and protects the private keys. You remain the owner of your wallet and assets at all times – GEMtrust never has access to your funds.

• You log in simply with your email address.
• Each time you sign in, a One-Time Passcode (OTP) is sent to your email for authentication.

This means: no passwords, no seed phrases, and no complicated setup — but still non-custodial access to your wallet.

In short:

• Your assets remain yours only.
• Alchemy safeguards the technical key storage.
• GEMtrust never holds custody or can move your funds.
• You access everything securely via your email and OTP.
